The B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center is hosting its third class in the series—Taste in Music: Evenings of Simple Food, Wine, and Music, with guest chef, Chuck McCarty, owner of Nola’s, a restored movie theater converted into a popular local bistro in downtown Indianola.
McCarty will be demonstrating Grits and Grillards, a beef dish, pan seared and mixed with fresh vegetables, usually served over grits.
Cost is $15 for each class with a limit of 12 guests per session. Please call to reserve a place.

This class will meet at the B.B. King Museum kitchen, with all Viking appliances and fixtures, at 400 Second Street, Indianola, MS on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 from 5:30-7:00pm.
